Yuwang Plantation Group, established in 2002, is a diversified group with core interests in oil palm cultivation and processing. The Group has approximately 100,000 acres of mature oil palm and rubber tree estate plantations in Pahang, Sarawak and Sabah, while continuing to expand its land bank and milling operations across Malaysia.

Building on its established track record in the plantation sector, the Group has also developed experience in property development with a portfolio that spans over 1,650 acres, comprising diverse developments including Semanja Kajang – a 60-acre mixed residential and commercial development; Semanja Kemuning at Klang Valley – a 101-acre of mixed development for modern living; Semanja Business Park at Puncak Alam, Selangor – a 104-acre self-contained industrial park; The Weld Tawau – a 100-acre modern township; and Aerofront City at Sepang – a 1,287-acre new metropolis adjacent to KLIA.

The Group also has an established presence in the hospitality industry, with interests and operations associated with Asia Melaka Hotel, Nobel Resort Hotel Melaka, Z Hotel Johor Bahru and Marriott Kota Kinabalu. This exposure provides the Group with relevant experience in hospitality management, complementing its broader property development activities.
